How much does Sprift cost? A single Sprift licence starts at £79 per month excluding VAT for mortgage brokers, self-employed agents, property investors and developers, and surveyors. Team, branch and enterprise plans are priced to your team size and monthly search volume and quoted within one working day. Sprift Analyst is a separate standalone product from £249 per month excluding VAT. All prices are per month, exclude VAT and are based on a 12 month term, and you can cancel at renewal.

How much does Sprift cost for a self-employed agent? A self-employed estate agent can take a single Sprift licence from £79 per month excluding VAT, priced per agent rather than per branch and based on a 12 month term. That licence gives one agent the property dashboard, branded Market Appraisal and Key Facts for Buyers reports, whole of market comparables, the Prospect tool and Insider market intelligence. Sprift AI is available as an add-on and is quoted alongside the licence.

How much does Sprift cost for an estate or letting agency branch? Estate and letting agency branches are priced per branch according to the number of users and the monthly search allowance the branch needs, and quoted by the Sprift sales team within one working day. Multi-branch and national networks are covered by an Enterprise agreement. All prices are per month, exclude VAT and are based on a 12 month term.

What's included in a Sprift subscription? Every Sprift subscription includes the property dashboard with 420+ data points on 30.6 million UK residential properties, branded white labelled property reports, whole of market comparables, the Prospect tool and Insider market intelligence, plus training through regular webinars, on-demand videos and Academy help guides. Your monthly search allowance is sized to your plan. Sprift AI is an optional add-on.

Can I buy Sprift Analyst without a platform subscription? Yes. Sprift Analyst is a standalone product and does not require a Sprift platform subscription. It starts at £249 per month excluding VAT on a 12 month term, and a bespoke option is available through the sales team.

Is Sprift AI available on its own? No. Sprift AI is an add-on and requires an active Sprift subscription. It cannot be bought on its own. It answers questions about any property, street, outcode or competitor with every answer sourced and dated, and its price depends on your profession and plan and is quoted with your subscription.

What's the contract length and do prices include VAT? Sprift prices are based on a 12-month term unless stated otherwise, and you can cancel at renewal. Every Sprift price is quoted per month excluding VAT. There are no hidden search charges beyond the allowance in your plan.

How's the Sprift API priced? The Sprift API is priced to your volume: the number of calls and the data products you need, such as the automated valuation model, national comparables library, Property Watch alerts or bulk data feeds. There is no published list price. Existing Sprift subscribers can generate API keys from their account settings without a new contract. Bespoke data sets and scheduled feeds are handled by Sprift Data Services and priced per requirement.

Does Sprift publish its full pricing? Sprift publishes its entry points: a single licence from £79 per month excluding VAT, and Sprift Analyst from £249 per month excluding VAT. Everything above that depends on your profession, how many people need access, your monthly search volume and any add-ons, so it is quoted to your actual requirement and comes back within one working day.
